    Please make selections for delivery for each of your (4) quarters, then check "Order Whole Beef by Quarters" to customize your processing beef cuts. You can select the same time period for all, or spread your beef quarters out over time. You can also select "Whole Beef" to receive it all at once on an approximate date. Processing cost is included in the price. No additional fees are charged upon pickup.

    Due to normal variations when processing beef, an estimate is all that can be provided for how much your total order will actually weigh. Chapter shares are priced per quarter.
