]]> As a lifelong Missouri resident, I am passionate about maintaining a high level of animal welfare and environmental care at Deer Valley Ranch. It can be challenging for our urban neighbors to source local producers, as there are no comprehensive standards that deliver complete peace-of-mind, and  marketing labels on beef are often misleading. This is why I founded Ozark Prime Beef, to help you source local high-quality meat from a source you can trust to enjoy beef the way it was meant to be.

We work this land and raise livestock to continue enjoying a lifestyle few today will ever know. We host gatherings, sheet shoots, and cookouts on the ranch so our young can experience the pleasures of all seasons and slow things down. A day on the ranch is like stepping back to a time when life was less complicated.

Our Deer Valley Ranch is gifted with clean, clear natural spring water, rolling green pastures, plenty of shade, and a pond so our cows can cool off on hot summer days. There is an abundance of vegetation that cattle and native wildlife naturally enjoy. We appreciate our livestock and while the work is never ending, we strive to ensure a low-stress life in exchange for the contribution made to sustain our own well-being.
